MicroGroup, Inc. was founded in 1971, and is recognized as a leading supplier of precision manufacturing services, stainless steel and nickel alloy tubing, fittings, valves and unique tools. MicroGroup serves the Medical, Aerospace, Commercial, Laboratory and Instrumentation markets.
In 1996, the company's quality systems earned the Certificate of Registration for ISO 9002 Compliance and in April 2003 became registered to ISO 9001:2000.
MicroGroup currently maintains manufacturing facilities in Medway, MA, and Bethel, MN. The acqusition of Bolt Industries has given MicroGroup additional capacity and expertise in CNC Milling.

Microgroup is pleased to welcome the Bolt Bethel and Blaine facilities to the MicroGroup family. MicroGroup, has purchased Bolt Bethel, LLC and Bolt Blaine, LLC, together (Bolt). Bolt is a manufacturer of precision metal components and assemblies for medical device, aerospace and defense industries. The Bolt acquisition allows MicroGroup to expand its geographic reach, customer base, and manufacturing capabilities.
